first of all this spa is gorgeous - peaceful but hip. the massage was AMAZING. i thought it would be a bit weird with the 'visualization' and all but it was so subtle. combined with the fantastic smelling oils it was an incredibly 'deep' experience. read more >>

I felt the overall treatment was very scientifically executed and that the machine used on my skin did produce results, however the treatment is costly and would be difficult to keep up with. I was also told I needed to use their products in order to maintain results. The spa, locker room and yoga rooms are all beautiful. read more >>

The overall vibe at Ruby room is great and they have many interesting offerings. The spa area/massage rooms could be keep a little warmer in winter and no shower or steam area was offered. The therapist was knowledgable and skilled. read more >>

Staff not overly freindly or helpful. Treatment was not well described and once in the room I was told about an upsell that would make the facial much better. It made me feel that what I had been offered was not going to be beneficial. I was not prepared to spend teh additional $ so I declined. read more >>
