SpaMiles™ points can be earned on spa treatments performed or spa vacations taken beginning on October 1, 2006.
SpaMiles™ must be recorded online at www.spa-addicts.com within two weeks of the spa treatment date of service or the ending date of the spa vacation. Please note that SpaMiles™ are earned PER VISIT. That means that if during one visit to you have a manicure and a massage, you earn 50 SpaMiles™ points for the visit, not 50 SpaMiles™ for each treatment.
The quantities of all products which can be redeemed for SpaMiles™ are limited and may become unavailable at any time.
Spa-Addicts.com reserves the right to substitute a product of comparable SpaMiles™ value if product chosen is unavailable.
All SpaMiles™ points are subject to verification with the spa where the spa treatment was completed or spa vacation was taken.
SpaMiles™ points must be earned by visiting spas partnering with Spa-Addicts.com in either its Directory, Red Hot or Getaway programs. If a spa's contract with Spa-Addicts.com expires during the two week period which the Spa-Addict has to record his or her SpaMiles™, the SpaMiles™ points earned will still be valid.
While SpaMiles™ points can be earned at any of our spa partners, domestic or international, products redeemed for SpaMiles™ can only be shipped to U.S. addresses.
Spa-Addicts.com reserves the right to change the cost of shipping at any time.
Any and all SpaMiles™ points may be revoked at any time at Spa-Addicts.com's sole discretion.
Spa-Addicts.com reserves the right to disqualify any person from participating in the SpaMiles™ program suspected of providing false information while recording their SpaMiles™ or otherwise violating the rules of the SpaMiles™ program.
Income and other taxes, if any, due and owing as a result of redeeming SpaMiles™ points for products are the sole responsibility of the consumer receiving the products.
Spa-Addicts.com reserves the right to cancel the SpaMiles™ program at its sole discretion at any time without liability for any unredeemed SpaMiles™ points.
