When I'm traveling and have time to kill, nothing's more divine than a massage. This place prides itself on hard-core treatments like laser therapy, but it also offers excellent old-fashioned, hour-long kneads ($90, and they'll throw in hot stones for free) and basic facials ($90).

There are many reasons to rave about this spa, which opened late last year-the sleek, contemporary design, the team of highly trained technicians and aestheticians, the nod from Condé Nast Traveler as one of the top spas in the world. But what makes a visit to Blue MedSpa transcendently relaxing is its low-pressure philosophy. You won't get a hard sell on products. Our testers tried to order expensive, complex services but were talked into cheaper, less drastic treatments. A chic spa that offers everything from sclerotherapy vein injections to mud baths is heavenly. One that doesn't push product or unnecessary services is, as they say, priceless.
