urban spa chic specializes in quick painless waxing. most body parts are waxed with a non-strip wax unless noted (*). antibacterial wax is used and we never double dip our stick! for best results the hair should be at least ¼ of an inch and it is best to remove hair after the female cycle is completed. for your pain level we offer a numbing aid for bikini type waxing along with a sweet spot wipe for personal grooming.

microdermabrasion is a progressive method of non-chemical exfoliation to refine the texture of the skin while tightening the layers in the dermis (lower layers of the skin). a non-surgical way to repair and restore the skin to its youthful appearance by increasing blood flow for building collagen and elastin while easing age spots, superficial acne scarring, uneven pigmentation, fine lines and wrinkles. removing dead skin is beneficial for allowing product penetration, removing dry skin patches and allowing the true skin to show. depending on the desired result, 6 to 8 treatments scheduled 10 to 14 days apart allow for maximum rejuvenation of the skin.
