Acupuncture is a healing technique in which very fine needles are inserted into specific points on the body, along or near energy channels, in order to harmonize one's Qi. While acupuncture addresses mostly the yang, or surface of the body, herbs focus on yin, or internal manifestations of disharmony. REIKI
The word Reiki refers to the universal life force energy that flows through all living things. Stresses of everyday life create blockages and imbalances in the chakras, the energy centers of the luminous body. As a natural, non-invasive, yet powerful method of healing that is transmitted by gentle touch, Reiki energy is transmitted to align the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Reiki is a totally safe method and can be experienced as an increased sense of oneness and harmony. Reiki healing assists one in moving toward a higher level of health and is being practiced at many hospitals throughout the world.

ILLUMINATION OF THE ENERGY BODY
The Illumination Process helps to eliminate core issues and recurring themes that permeate our life, which keep us stuck in our past and prevent us from moving forward. Dense, heavy energies trapped in the energy centers of the body resulting from our attachment to our "stories," are released and replaced with Light as the Luminous Cords are reconnected. Alternating specific acupressure points facilitates the translation of our memories. Work is done on the essential level (energetic level), the source of our wounds, and imprints are removed from the literal level of the consciousness, where they are most damaging. Often, the client is able to transform what was once a repository for pain into a source of strength. The Illumination Process concludes with an experience of stillness and deep peace. Assimilation sessions help one to create new maps to change the landscape of the offending imprint and support life style changes. SOUL RETRIEVAL
Soul Retrieval is an ancient practice for recovering those parts of our essential selves that have been lost as a result of pain or trauma, and can often achieve in a few sessions what may take years of psychotherapy to accomplish. Repeating negative motifs and themes in our life are indications of Soul loss. The longing for wholeness recreates the theme of the original wound so healing can occur, but is often not recognized and becomes missed opportunities. During Soul Retrieval, the healer journeys to the domains associated with the Soul, and with what Carl Jung described as the Shadow, inhabited by those parts of ourselves that we have disowned and project onto others. The healer visits the four chambers of the Soul to assist the client to discover the source of their wounds, resulting in Soul loss. By retrieving this information from the unconscious and bringing it into awareness, the client is able to understand the Soul contracts that they have made. One can then reclaim the source of their passion and bliss to fulfill their intended purpose for birth, and discover the Soul treasures that it brings forth into the world. EAR CANDLING
Ear candling is a centuries-old practice used to relieve pressure, wax buildup, and inner-ear blockage. It is helpful in lessening pressure after air travel, for the removal of dormant bacteria leading to recurrent ear infections, and for the relief of head colds and sinus infections. This soothing and relaxing treatment involves placing a slow-burning wax candle gently in your ear canal. The cylinder is then lit at the opposite end to create a vacuum. There is no discomfort as the vacuum helps to soothe and warm your ear. To further enhance your treatment, you may choose either lavender or sage scented candles. Each session includes a neck and shoulder massage.

COSMETIC ACUPUNCTURE

SKIN CARE

Karate, like many martial arts, teaches the necessary foundations for adaptation in truly any situation, not just the physical. No one punches, kicks, nor argues the same. It is how one counters these "attacks" that is essential. Karate is not to harm and destroy, but to help, heal, and enlighten. Physical strength is not as important as the attitude to strive for your personal best. Ultimately, results will come forth through the spirit within, not only through physical power.
