A massage technique utilizing long strokes and kneading to reduce tension, soothe sore muscles and increase circulation to promote total relaxation.

Sports & Fitness Massage
A specialized sports massage using aromatherapy oils formulated specifically to help the body eliminate metabolic waste and soothe sore muscles, tendons and ligaments. Helpful relieving muscle tightness and increasing energy to the areas of the body affected by strenuous workouts and sports. It involves stretching and rocking.

Deep Tissue Massage
A combination of techniques are utilized to warm-up the muscles and help them relax. The therapist will then utilize stronger pressure to work deeply in to the muscles that are holding tension.

Salt Glo Aromatherapy

An exfoliation treatment using a blend of sea salts, mineral salts and essential oils for stress relief. The treatment removes dull surface skin cells, improves circulation and provides softer, smoother skin. A body moisturizer is applied to nourish the skin.
Body Polish

A gentle exfoliation treatment to help remove dead skin cells. Leaves the skin clean, soft and revitalized, a body moisturizer is applied to nourish the skin.
Mud Body Wrap

This treatment is ideal for firming the skin and treating cellulite. The treatment will start with an exfoliation using a blend of sea salts for stress relief. Warm Moor Mud will be applied from neck to toes. Then you will be wrapped with heating blanket to retain body heat and enjoy the relaxing effect. As a final touch a soothing body moisturizer will be applied.
Seaweed Body Mask

A French seaweed wrap for the entire body, designed to improve skin elasticity and to smooth and draw out toxins. The treatment will start with an exfoliation, followed by a seaweed body mask. The rich algae minerals and natural enzymes will penetrate and benefit the skin. The final touch includes a soothing oil to moisturize and tone the skin.
