PHOTO FACIALS

Photo Facials are a revolutionary advance in laser technology that removes discoloration and textural irregularities, resulting in the appearance of healthier, more vibrant skin.If you suffer from photo damage, sun damage, or other environmental damage, photo facial works exceptional well at removing discoloration, improving skin texture and tone while providing a slight tightening effect to the skin. Years of sun bathing and exposure to the natural elements can be removed after a short, no down time protocol.

Protocol: A typical protocol would be five sessions, spaced three to four weeks apart. Treatments consistently achieve visible improvement with little discomfort. Temporary pinkness of the skin can last a very short time (minutes, hours, a day) but the improvement in pigment and vascular irregularities can often be appreciated by the time you return for your next treatment. Brown spots and freckles temporarily become darker before they lighten. Particularly sensitive areas may crust.

LASER GENESIS

Laser Genesis helps restore the skin’s youthful glow and appearance by smoothing out uneven textures caused by aging, sun damage, or scars. You will see a creamier, healthy complexion as large pores are reduced, and minor imperfections are diminished. Laser Genesis can even out skin texture and tone by rebuilding the collagen that has been broken down over the years due to acne scaring. Additionally, Laser Genesis minimizes pore size, shrinking the oil glands, and therefore reducing the production of sebum that can cause breakouts.

Protocol: On average, you may require four to six treatments in order to achieve the maximum results. Every patient’s condition and needs vary. Using infrared energy, laser genesis warms the dermis under your skin stimulating collagen growth. Heat combined with light targets pigmented clusters beneath your skin. Patients are surprised to find the procedure to be relaxing and therapeutic.

TITAN TISSUE TIGHTENING

Titan offers a safe effective alternative to traditional face lifts and tummy tucks. Titan is an FDA approved tissue tightening procedure that tightens lax skin around the arms, chin, cheeks, and abdomen - all body parts. Using infra-red light Titan penetrates deep into the dermis, deep-heating the tissue in the targeted area and stimulating long-dormant collagen. As a result, the collagen contracts and tightens, producing visibly firmer-looking skin in the treated area. Results become more dramatic over time as collagen re-builds through a series of treatments.

Microdermabrasion treatments are Ideal for people on the go, there is no "downtime" from work or social activities. The results are gradual but highly effective for clearer, healthier looking skin.

Protocol: During your consultation with one of our esthetic clinic directors, we will assess your candidacy and design a protocol that meets your needs. Ten to twelve treatments spaced two to three weeks apart is a typical protocol. Keep in mind that many people regard this deep exfoliation as maintenance to keep their skin consistently rejuvenated.

CHEMICAL PEELS

Chemical peels reduce fine lines, refine pores, treat acne, lessen the appearance of pigmentation while making your skin appear and feel smoother. At Laser Cosmetica we have several different kinds of peels in order to treat different skin tones and conditions. A chemical peel involves the use of a chemical solution to improve and smooth the texture of the facial skin by removing its damaged outer layers. Chemical peels increase cellular turnover which in turn refines the epidermis and treats environmentally damaged, acne prone, sensitive, dry and oily conditions.

Protocol: During your initial consultation, we will discuss your cosmetic goals. To this end, a skin care regimen will be designed to help you improve and maintain healthier looking skin at home. Typically, a series of five or six chemical peels spaced three to four weeks apart is adequate to achieve most cosmetic goals.

CELLULITE REDUCTION

Cellulite is far more common among women than men, which indicates that hormonal differences play a major role in its formation. While cellulite tends to appear in parts of the body where excess fat is deposited, it is widespread among both thin and overweight women.

The Accent radiofrequency system represents the newest method in cellulite treatment. It is able to change the shape of fat cells and shrink and remodel the connective tissue that forms this unsightly condition. This technology presents a non-invasive, effective and long-lasting way to reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Protocol: During Accent RF treatment, your doctor will apply the treatment tip to your skin, precisely heating the skin's inner layer (dermis), while its outer layer (epidermis) is continually cooled. Depending on the size of the treated area, treatment may take from about 20-50 minutes. You should see a gradual improvement. Recommended protocol for this treatment is six sessions however depending on the clients needs, may require more.
