Hot Stone Therapy
Heated river stones are integrated into a powerful Swedish or Deep Tissue massage, beneficial in relaxing tightly wound muscles while the spiritual properties of the stone enhance stability and healing.

Tip and Toe
Indulge yourself with an hour massage on the two areas that trouble us the most, the back and our feet. A thirty minute of either deep tissue or shiatsu will alleviate back tension followed by a 30 minute foot reflexology which will promote overall health.

Sonya Dakar Fitness Facial & Custom Acid Peel
Utilizing the 5 lines of products, developed for Irritation, Discoloration, Scarring, Maintenance, Anti-Aging care and Acne skin conditions, our skincare specialists will get your face into shape with a customized treatment. The SD CUSTOM ACID PEEL, a strong, yet non-irritating peel, uses green tea and wheatgrass extracts and lactic acid to create a new fresh glow of healthy skin to the face. The six different strengths of acid are used weekly to gradually achieve that “glow” to the skin. Combined with the Fitness Facial, these treatments are like “boot camp” for the face.
