Rhonda Woodhouse : Rhonda fell in love with therapeutic touch, as early as 4 years old, at the "tireless feet and legs" of her Native American Indian-Irish Grandmother who always praised her "special touch." Her adult life of extensive international travels greatly enhanced, inspired and encouraged her approach to therapeutic bodywork and so she directed her interests to formal training. After studying 200 hours of Oriental bodywork at The Shiatsu Center she decided to study Ayurveda at The University of Complementary Medicine. In the midst of a healthy and loving lifestyle between both of her Grandmothers, who were literally her first Doctors, she learned and witnessed the epitome of compassion, love for mankind and generous hospitality. In 2007, after working for hotels, chiropractors, and private clientele, Rhonda joined the opening of Equinox Century City Fitness & Spa where she feels she found a company that wholeheartedly reflects her personal and professional qualities. She treasures each guest for their uniqueness, as their needs require her to listen (inwardly and outwardly), allow her to actively consult, analyze, customize, assess and provide her signature therapeutic bodywork. Since the human form consists of immeasurable vibrational frequencies, all accessible at any given moment, she coined the phrase "Therapeutic bodywork is a superb reminder that we are more than our present circumstance."
