You will be pleasantly surprised when entering our wellness space. At your first look you will feel instantly welcome. We have complimentary Tea and Coffee as well as a wide selection of water and protein bars. Our cafe offers WiFi and a comfortable area to relax before a class or treatment. Our Yoga studio faces a river and waterfall and the lighting is soft and quiet. Our Martial Arts area and childrens space is located adjacent to our cafe and has plenty of viewing for our parents who like to watch Karate. We have plenty of parking and have an elevator for Moms and their little ones. We can't wait to see you!
