i live in the IE i made an appointment, went all the way to LA for a massage. the people at the front desk were not only Rude but very inconsiderate!!! took them at least 30 min to tell me that they NEVER made my appointment! after all that they said i could come back the next day! uh... did i mention i lived in the IE??? no way would i ever go back there!

I've been a couple of times. Once was pretty good. Once I had soap in my eyes from my facial. Wasn't impressed enough to give it a raving review.
