Ear Candling
Ear candling is an alternative treatment, also called ear coning, which is designed to clear the wax out of the ear canal. It involves a person lying on his / her side, and placing a hollow candle within the ear, lighting the other end. The heat is supposed to draw the wax into the candle.

Ear Candling
People question whether or not this really works, but frankly I thought it was rather a fun experience. I was told it would clear the wax out of my ear canal, and I actually found the process slightly ticklish but very relaxing. The one I had included a face massage as well, to also aid my sinus congestion.
