Body Wrap
This consists of a body mask made of algae, seaweed, mud, clay, lotion or cream, depending on the treatment, then you are wrapped for a time period to keep you warm and to allow for the ingredients to be absorbed into the skin. Later the product is rinsed off and typically the treatment ends with application of lotion.

Ear Candling
People question whether or not this really works, but frankly I thought it was rather a fun experience. I was told it would clear the wax out of my ear canal, and I actually found the process slightly ticklish but very relaxing. The one I had included a face massage as well, to also aid my sinus congestion.
