I would love a spa vacation not because of a vacation but because I need to get my life back on track. My mother died on christmas eve. I have 6 brothers & sisters I'm the oldest. I found one of my friends died down a 100 ft cliff from texting & driving & not wearing a seat belt. I have so much to look forward to my I always put everyone before me. I need to work on getting over these situations & learn how to balance my life. I have ton's of drive but I just can't seem to balance everything.

In 2006 our family , Grandmother and mother and i were almost killed by a unstable neighbor with mental issues. we all suffered major injuries, i suffered a broken kneecap and tibula, fibula bone as well as internal bleeding which resulted in the loss of my ovary tube which was healthy.I also had shoulder surgery. it seemed as time went on more things resulted from this violent and brutal attack. my grandmother suffered a broken hip and a month in the hospital we thought we were going to lose her, it was very scary. Plus neither my mother or i could get to hospital because of our injuries, my mother suffered a fractured skull, broken wrist and nose. This is not even describing the mental anguish we still suffer. this person ended up taking no responsibility for her crimes and we were railroaded. She continues to stalk and harass us. she was mental but knew what she did. She had a previous conviction in which she pleaded guilty. Then my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and almost died. i know this is almost unbelievable but this is a true story. Through the stress i began having more issues in abdomen in which resulted in two major abdominal surgeries that were performed in a 2 month period this was with a oncologist and obgyn, then i don't know if i will have more surgery they in second surgery they could not get all of my mass which was 5cm this time. This caused me to take a medical leave for second time which was devastating to me on so many levels. my family are only now beginning to heal a bit from this brutal horrific assault and the years that followed there is as much more to this story however when reading this one begins to wonder if this can really happen well im proof and trust me , doctors are wondering the same thing. thanks for letting me share my story. i believe a spa getaway would help my health and definitely benefit my mental health,i think it would help me regain my focus on my goals so i can pick up the pieces and move on. I want to use my experience to help others. I do not want being a victim of a violent crime stop me from my life and living. i am survivor..... This would be a significant treat that i would be so grateful for in my heart. thanks miss Wendi P.

#1 I started taking care of my Mother who was confined to a wheelchair by the time I was 9, until she passed away nearly 20 years later. #2. After over a 20 year marriage, it has been over 3 years of separation and the divorce is not yet final, but I have gained about 40 extra pounds! #3. I have been a Stay at home Mom, taking care of the kids, house and everyone, and everything else, and feel maybe I should start to take care of me! #4. I've NEVER been one to spend money on myself, unless I NEEDED it, like jeans, undies, socks, the basics (I even cut my own hair to save money! -BUT I am a licensed Cosmetologist!). #5. As a Cosmetologist, I gave Manicures, Pedicures, Facials and other "pampering" services to others, but never did the same for me. #6. I have lived my nearly 44 years "living to serve others and care for others", and now I am told I should take some time to put ME first? What does THAT mean? #7. If I WERE to pamper and take care of me, how do you do that on an extremely limited budget as a single mom?
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to win this!!!!!

I stay so stressed from this severe back pain that i have indured for 8 yrs from a car reck.Exercise and dieting has not slacked up on the painand i have really tried just about everythingto stay sane from this horrifing experience of not have a normal day without being in severe pain.A spa trip would be a beautiful thing considering all of the misfortunes i have in the past 5 major surgeries within 3yrs,i am due some peace and solutude to myself if selected. My husband would definetly be relieved he has been my caretaker for 5yrs of all my hardships, and he can use a spa retreat as wellwe both are burning the candle at both ends we need some tranquility and a well deserved massage.

I want to be pampered just once in my life. I have so much stress and physical pain from my neuromuscular disease that a body wrap, back massage, and facial sound just heavenly to me. Thank-you, Cynthia

Because I work for the Veterans and serve them everyday. I would like to pampered. I am a single mother of two teenagers and I dont get any child support or emotional support for any one. I could use a nice retreat.

I have three years of turmoil to shed and a spa vacation would be a blessing. Loss of work, loss of income, loss of loved ones and regrowth of fibroids. Through all of this I choose to stay positive and have faith that things can only go up from here. This is why I most want a spa vacation.

My husband and I were in Mexico and I talked him into going with me to have a massage. He enjoyed it so much that he is going to have one very time with me when we go on vacation.
It's nice to relaxe with the one you love.

I want a spa vacation to get away from everything that causes me stress, discomfort, uneasiness in my life. To truly be able to unplug from my hectically paced life and learn more about how to take better care of myself and to be pampered from head to toe and all points in between. The experience would be a wonderful thing.

I most want a spa vacation because I have not been on a vacation that is solely about ME since 2004. That is not to say I haven't been places, but my travels since then have been associated with other's needs.

I want a spa vacation so I can renew and refresh myself from my work as a counselor. Once I can do that, I can return to work with a revived outlook on both life and caring for my patients.
