I work as a wine specialist at a winery in Temecula Ca., and every day at work I make a full effort to give and share the positive way of thinking out into the world. It is my life...to give this to others... Deepak Chopra, from the Wellness Spa in Carlsbad Ca. has so many great positive books and tapes. I listen to them everyday...he is the best!check it out! (Also, I now know it's all right to burn certain bridges, in order to block negative influences from your life.)

I am becoming a "yes" woman, and embrace scary change and adventure! I now choose, each day, to focus on the good gifts in my life. I've learned that an "attitude of gratitude" goes a long way, especialy on those days when you feel tempted to throw yourself a pity party.

I often remind myself about positive bible teaching, sometimes even remind my friends about it, too

I meditate daily and smile at my coworkers. I find the time to tell people thank you and how much I appreciate them. I laugh as often as I can and wake each morning with thanks and gratitude.

I believe that the more positivity you put out, the more you receive. I try to be positive in all of my dealings in life and I have found that overall, people reflect your energy, whatever you put off, you get back.

I have let go of the people in my life that are a negative influence and continue to speak badly about others. There is too much ugliness in this world and I want to be remembered as a caring, giving, positive person.

The new year forced me to take a long hard look into my life and to realize that I have so much to be thankful for. As a result, I wake up everyday trying to be more positive about the little things in life. This positive mindset opens up endless possiblitities on a daily basis.

Yes, by being positive I find I attract more positivity. My New Year's Resolution was to try and stop complaining. By doing so, by looking for the good in each situation, I have created more positivity in my life.

Right now I am NOT but I plan to change that! I have my health and my loved ones, as well as loving friends. I want to start showing my happiness with life with all who come in contact with me.

I try to imitate my four-year-old daughter and laugh whenever possible. It puts things in perspective!
