My only "me-time" comes when I check my e-mail on my computer! With two young boys around, I don't get many chances to get a break - I never know what the next day, hour or minute will bring: like a trip to the ER for stitches when one boy hit the other, my being a referee between them (only when they are awake!!), making endless meals, cleaning up constantly .... I guess my "me-time" comes when they grow up!!

My "me-time" is from 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. most nights of the week. I sit down with a book and put on low relaxing music in the background. It helps me de-stress from the day and get ready to sleep.

I go to my YmCA for two hour workouts and if I have more time, then I use their jacuzzi and steam room.

I do my deep Breathing.I do things I never thought I would do for fear of doing it.
I need a Nap Every Day and make it a point to go to a Spa once every two to three monthes.

I Always take my "Me-Time" everyother day by taking a Walk by myself in the park. The fresh Spring Air helps me relax while I am able to peacefully, get in my excercise time.

I walk, by myself or with a friend, for 2 1/2 miles most days. I's my thinking time and my relaxation and alone time.
