Whether you are either lucky in love and have found the soul mate you always dreamt of or are struggling to find the one frog that turns into Mr. Right, all boils down to whether or not you love yourself. The love that you show and feel for yourself is the love that is so central to loving another. Without this feeling of self-acceptance, self-worthiness and self-love, it is hard to be fully present and give to another. That’s why our theme this month is about loving yourself, an essential fact we forget way too often. We tell ourselves we will take care of our health, our inner life, even “outer” beauty tomorrow. Unfortunately, tomorrow is always tomorrow, and I think this self-love needs to start - or be renewed again - TODAY.

I am committed to help remind you (as I do myself!) to carve out these moments as we go along our daily lives, and this month’s articles will help you to feel sexy with a spa night in, offer more ways to love your looks, and tempt you with some spa great getaways and deals to rekindle romance.
